As an approved Back-up driver for Crown Cabs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure professionalism, safety, and respect for Crown Cabs’ customers and business.

 

 1. Job Responsibility

- You must personally complete all jobs assigned to you.

- If you cannot complete a job, immediately contact Crown Cabs dispatch to return the job.

- Do not pass the job to another driver under any circumstances.

 

 2. Customer Relations

- You must never poach customers or offer to take them on future trips outside the Crown Cabs system.

- Do not give your personal contact details, business cards, or promotional materials to customers.

- Treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

 

 3. Communication

- Notify Crown Cabs dispatch when you arrive at the job location and when you complete the trip.

- Report any issues or delays promptly to Crown Cabs dispatch.

 

 4. Compliance and Safety

- Always operate within the law and follow all road rules.

- Ensure your car is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

- Provide a safe trip and exceptional service to customers.

- Do not drive if you are fatigued or unfit to work.

- Turn on the meter for all trips and follow Crown Cabs’ pricing guidelines.

 

 5. Documentation

- Provide all required paperwork, receipts, and evidence related to the trip as requested by Crown Cabs.

 

 6. Punctuality

- Be on time for all assigned jobs.

 

 7. Privacy and Confidentiality

- Do not share customer or job information with anyone outside Crown Cabs.

 

 8. Independence

- Being a registered offload driver does not constitute employment or engagement by Crown Cabs.

- Crown Cabs does not guarantee the availability of any work.

- Crown Cabs reserves the right to refuse or cease the relationship at any time without reason or notice.

 

By accepting jobs through Crown Cabs, you agree to comply with these terms. Breaches of these conditions may result in termination of your registration as an offload driver.
